Rooted Under the Oaks is a nature-based wellness gathering designed to help you slow down, reflect, and gently realign. This session explores a rotating focus within holistic wellness, weaving together mindful awareness, guided reflection, and simple nervous system regulation practices—all supported by the calming presence of the garden.

Surrounded by vibrant plant life, open air, and the quiet wisdom of nature, you’ll be invited to notice how your environment shapes your energy, clarity, and sense of balance. This is a space to release what feels heavy, reconnect with what matters, and take small, meaningful steps forward.

Come as you are—no pressure, no expectations. Just space to breathe, connect, and grow forward together.
