General Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, registering for an event, purchasing a product or service, downloading a resource, or participating in an offering, you agree to the policies that apply to that activity. If you do not agree, please do not use or purchase the applicable offering.
Eligibility
Services are generally intended for adults age 18 and older unless an offering clearly states otherwise. A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent for a minor to participate. Some activities may have additional age, supervision, or safety requirements.
Service Availability and Changes
We may update schedules, delivery methods, instructors, venues, materials, prices, or program details when reasonably necessary. We will communicate material changes that affect a confirmed registration or purchase. We may also discontinue an offering or limit enrollment based on capacity, safety, scope, or business needs.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website and program information accurate. Typographical errors, outdated details, technical mistakes, or unintended omissions may occur. We may correct errors and cancel or adjust an order when a material pricing or listing error is discovered.
Respectful Use
Users and participants may not misuse our website, disrupt services, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, copy protected materials, submit unlawful content, or use our services for a harmful or fraudulent purpose.
Nature and Scope of Services
Coaching and Education
ROSHHCO provides holistic wellness coaching, mindfulness education, nervous system education, reflective coaching, personal-growth support, therapeutic art experiences, and related educational resources.
Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
ROSHHCO does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, clinical trauma treatment, diagnosis, or crisis services. Coaching and educational services do not replace care from a physician, licensed mental health professional, or other qualified provider. We do not diagnose conditions, interpret medical tests, prescribe medication, or create medical treatment plans.
Client Responsibility
Clients and participants remain responsible for their own choices, actions, health decisions, participation, and results. Each person is encouraged to use personal judgment, ask questions, request modifications, and seek licensed professional care when needed.

Results vary. ROSHHCO does not promise or guarantee a particular emotional, physical, financial, relationship, career, business, or health outcome. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and do not predict future results.
Private Coaching Policies
Restore & Regulate Program
Restore & Regulate is a paid, personalized 1:1 coaching program delivered through live online or in-person sessions. It is not a self-paced course. The program normally includes three private sessions delivered over approximately six weeks unless otherwise stated.
Scheduling and Attendance
- Sessions must be scheduled through the approved scheduling method
- A late arrival does not automatically extend the session beyond the scheduled end time
- A client who is more than 15 minutes late without communication may be treated as a no-show
- Unused sessions must be completed within the time stated in the coaching agreement
Between-Session Communication
Between-session communication is limited to the support described in the purchased program. Email or messaging is not a substitute for a coaching session, therapy, medical care, or emergency support. Normal response time is generally two business days.
Payment, Cancellation & Refunds
Payment
Payment is due at the time stated on the invoice, checkout page, registration page, or signed agreement. A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full agreed amount unless the written agreement states otherwise. Services may be paused when a payment is late or declined.
Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a private session. Sessions changed with less than 24 hours' notice may be counted as used. One emergency exception may be considered at ROSHHCO's discretion.
Coaching Package Refunds
A client may request cancellation before the first coaching session. After the first session or after substantial program materials have been delivered, refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed based on services completed and resources delivered.
Events and Digital Courses
Event registrations may be refundable only as stated on the registration page. Digital course and download purchases may become nonrefundable once access is granted or a substantial portion of the content is viewed.
Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
ROSHHCO owns or licenses its website content, brand elements, curriculum, frameworks, prompts, worksheets, workbooks, videos, recordings, graphics, course materials, event materials, and educational resources unless otherwise stated.
A purchase provides a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials for the purchaser's own learning. Purchasers may not reproduce, resell, publish, upload, distribute, teach, license, modify for commercial use, remove branding, or present the materials as their own without written permission.
Group Programs, Events & Workplace Offerings
Group Privacy
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not repeat another person's personal story outside the group. However, ROSHHCO cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain confidentiality.
Group Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, threats, intimidation, unsafe conduct, repeated disruption, sexual misconduct, and disrespectful behavior are not permitted. ROSHHCO may redirect, pause, or remove a participant when needed to protect the group.
Disputes, Governing Law & Updates
Good-Faith Resolution
Before starting formal legal action, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve concerns through direct written communication.
Governing Law
Unless a specific agreement states otherwise, these policies are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Updates
ROSHHCO may update these policies to reflect changes in services, technology, business operations, or legal requirements. The effective date will be revised when material changes are made.
