Mindful Creations Lab: Meditative Art

Slow down, reconnect, and explore what is present through color, shape, line, and reflective expression.

This gentle, beginner-friendly experience will guide you through a calming meditative art process using acrylic markers, fineliners, and simple creative techniques. Throughout the session, you will receive reflective prompts that help you explore everyday thoughts, emotions, challenges, and personal growth without pressure to create something “perfect.”

The experience will include:

- A gentle grounding practice

- Simple guidance for using color, lines, shapes, and patterns

- Reflective coaching prompts throughout the creative process

- Quiet time to create at your own pace

- Optional group reflection and sharing

- A completed art piece to take home

- Light snacks and refreshments

No art experience is needed. This is not an art class or therapy session. It is a welcoming space to pause, create, reflect, and connect with yourself through mindful creative expression.

All essential art materials will be provided through kit rentals OR take-home kits.
