Hi! I’m Coach Rae.
I blend lived experience with gentle, evidence‑informed practices to help you move from survival to a steadier, more vibrant place.
I teach Holistic wellness and Mindful living practices that meet you where you are and invite you to grow at your own pace. My approach is compassionate, practical, and rooted in the belief that small, consistent practices can shift how you feel in your body and your life.
My Story
I’ve always loved movement and tried to take care of myself, yet for years I lived with severe anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain. After countless appointments, medications, supplements, and tests that didn’t bring relief, I decided to become my own primary experiment in healing.
For more than 20 years I’ve practiced building emotional resilience and learning how to regulate my nervous system. Through consistent habits, meditation, creative self-expression, connection, and journaling, I slowly found clarity, steadiness, and increased peace. This work didn’t erase hardship, but it changed how I approach it.
Today I live mostly in thrive mode. I have practical tools, cultivated self-awareness, and compassionate routines that help me manage daily stress, anxiety, and chronic pain in sustainable ways.
